Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our client's manufacturing team at Green Folk LTD.

This pivotal role will provide comprehensive HR support while functioning as an integral member of a busy HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the attraction and retention of exceptional talent through effective recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • HR Support: Serve as a trusted HR professional to management, delivering advice and support on employee development and performance management.
  • Employee Relations: Support ER casework and processes, ensuring best practices and compliance.
  • HR Transactions: Efficiently handle HR transactions, focusing on compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Culture Development: Develop and nurture an inclusive, performance-driven, and positive workplace culture.
  • Site Improvement: Play a key role in site improvement projects, contributing to the overall enhancement of operations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a HR Advisor, Coordinator, or Generalist, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar industrial sector.
  • Strong talent acquisition and onboarding process experience.
  • Minimum qualification: CIPD Level 3, with a preference for Level 5 or actively working towards it.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across the organization.
  • A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
