We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Advisor to provide comprehensive support to our manufacturing team. As a trusted HR professional, you will deliver advice and support on employee development and performance management, while efficiently handling HR transactions and contributing to site improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and onboarding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Provide HR guidance and support to management on employee development and performance management.
- Handle HR transactions, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Develop and nurture an inclusive, performance-driven, and positive workplace culture.
- Contribute to site improvement projects, enhancing overall operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a HR Advisor, Coordinator, or Generalist, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar industrial sector.
- Strong talent acquisition and onboarding process experience.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a Christmas shutdown period.
