Compensation: £30,000 - £40,000 + Further Training + Progression + Work-Life Balance + 33 days holiday + Bonuses

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing support to our employees and management team on all HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
