Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive HR support while functioning as an integral member of a busy HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain exceptional talent.
  2. HR Advisory: Serve as a trusted HR professional to management, delivering advice and support on employee development or performance management.
  3. HR Transactions: Efficiently handle HR transactions, focusing on compliance and operational efficiency.
  4. Culture Development: Develop and nurture an inclusive, performance-driven, and positive workplace culture.
  5. Site Improvement: Play a key role in site improvement projects, contributing to the overall enhancement of operations.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Experience: Proven experience as a HR Advisor, Coordinator or Generalist, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar industrial sector.
  2. Talent Acquisition: Strong talent acquisition and onboarding process experience.

Offering:

  1. Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum DOE and industry exposure.
  2. Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a Christmas shutdown period.
  3. Hybrid Working: Hybrid working options are available after an initial settling-in period.
