Human Resources Advisor Role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Advisor to join our client's manufacturing team in Exeter, UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive HR support to the team, focusing on compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding efforts to attract and retain exceptional talent.
  • Deliver advice and support on employee development and performance management to management.
  • Develop and nurture an inclusive, performance-driven, and positive workplace culture.
  • Contribute to site improvement projects, enhancing operations and overall performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a HR Advisor, Coordinator, or Generalist, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar industrial sector.
  • Strong talent acquisition and onboarding process experience.
  • CIPD Level 3, with a preference for Level 5 or actively working towards it.

  • A competitive salary of £30,000-£40,000 per annum DOE and industry exposure.
