Position Overview:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance to both elderly and younger residents in a care facility.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards by maintaining and organizing patient living spaces in accordance with established protocols.
  • Document daily observations, mobility activities, and nutritional intake to support ongoing assessments of client needs.
  • Support service users with daily tasks, including personal hygiene and dressing, while prioritizing their safety and well-being.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (including necessary documentation).
  • Current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Relevant training certifications.
  • Proof of residence.
  • Recent bank statement.
  • References from previous employers.
  • National Insurance documentation.
  • Vaccination record.
  • Valid driving license.
  • A recent photograph for identification purposes.

To excel in this position, you should possess:
  • A minimum of 4-6 months of experience in a care assistant role, ideally within a residential care setting.
  • A genuine passion for delivering personalized care and improving the quality of life for residents.
  • A flexible and adaptable work ethic, with the ability to accommodate shift work, including nights and weekends, as required.
  • A positive mindset and a dedication to ongoing professional development.
  • A valid DBS check or a willingness to secure one.
