**Job Title:** Senior Supporter Care Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supporter Care Specialist to join our team at WWF-UK. As a key member of our Supporter Care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our supporters, processing donations, and ensuring that our supporters have a positive experience with our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and personalized customer service to our supporters via multiple contact channels.
  • Process and thank donations, including one-off and regular gifts generated via different fundraising activities.
  • Use initiative to resolve a wide variety of enquiries and complaints, escalating to management or third-party agencies where appropriate.
  • Carry out administrative tasks, including processing Gift Aid declarations and updating supporter contact preferences.
  • Provide support to colleagues across the organization and third-party agencies, including day-to-day activities and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Volunteer at fundraising and stewardship events to meet supporters and assist colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Previous charity experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to demonstrate experience of working in an office-based customer services environment.
  • Experience of income processing is ideal but not essential.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use a variety of data processing software.
  • Good working knowledge of CRM databases.
