About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Expansion to join our team at ALOIS Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and existing contacts.
  • Proactively initiate contact with potential clients to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to facilitate repeat business and referrals.
  • Persuade clients to sign search contracts on an exclusive and/or retainer basis.
  • Assist clients in formulating their expectations and contractual requirements to ensure the best possible match for their recruitment needs.
  • Work closely with internal researchers to match candidates to client profiles and create shortlists.

Requirements:

  • A self-starter with a strong desire for success and a proven track record in business development.
  • Strong industry knowledge and experience in recruitment and staffing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Driven and motivated by sales results, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
  • Well-organized and presentable, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently across London and nearby areas.
