We are looking for a committed Sales Administration and Credit Control Specialist to enhance our team. Reporting to the Director, you will be instrumental in overseeing sales administration and credit control functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform credit and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) assessments for new clients
- Follow up on outstanding invoices through calls and emails
- Generate weekly reports on debtors and internal financial data
- Maintain comprehensive records of collection efforts
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients
- Assist with various administrative and office management duties as required
Position Details:
Location: Our offices are situated in a convenient area.
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm (35 hours per week with a 1-hour lunch break).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years' experience in financial management or accounting
- At least three years of proficiency with MS Excel
- GCSE grade B or above in Mathematics, English, and IT
- Strong telephone communication skills and ability to remain composed under pressure
- Accurate data entry and processing capabilities
- Basic understanding of MS Excel (skills will be assessed during the interview)
- Previous experience in a credit control or financial role
- Familiarity with Xero accounting software
- Background in a sales and marketing context
