Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Urban Foresight. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of our HR strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive advice and support to employees on a wide range of HR matters, including attendance, sickness absence, and holiday allowance.
  • Support all aspects of recruitment, including introducing new starters into the company and preparing paperwork for starters, leavers, and family leave.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programmes, including generating reports on HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, and training participation.
  • Manage employee relation cases, including absence management, long-term sickness, disciplinary, grievances, performance management, and termination procedures.
  • Ensure the company's HR policies and practices comply with legal regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a desire to grow within the HR field.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the existing Head of People, Recruitment Manager, and Directors as part of our dedicated HR team.
