Are you an experienced Proposal Specialist looking for a dynamic role within a well-established regional firm?
This is an excellent opportunity to engage with various departments across the organization, assisting them with Proposal Writing and Preparation, ensuring that each task presents a unique challenge.
The organization, while primarily focused on construction, also manages manufacturing and refurbishment projects, providing a diverse work environment.
The position requires a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations, enabling you to effectively support the internal proposal process leading up to tender submissions. You will be responsible for gathering insights on resources, personnel, departments, and cost structures necessary for the company to assess whether to proceed with a tender and, if so, how to formulate their proposal.
This role is ideal for a Proposal Specialist who values variety, daily challenges, and the opportunity to work within an interesting organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Proposal Specialist
- Engage in multi-disciplinary projects spanning manufacturing, construction, and refurbishments—each assignment is distinct.
- Conduct Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and qualify clients for bids.
- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM, Friday 8 AM - 4 PM.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Proposal Specialist.
- Familiarity with various types of proposals.
