This position calls for a highly operational professional with a background in healthcare recruitment, team management, and experience in a dynamic in-house recruitment environment. The successful candidate will contribute to a fair and inclusive recruitment process while ensuring compliance with key performance indicators, industry standards, and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage both domestic and international recruitment initiatives to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to position the organization as an Employer of Choice, attracting a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the recruitment team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate will be required to work on-site and will play a crucial role in ensuring that recruitment services are compliant, efficient, and delivered to the highest standards.

Main Duties:

As the Recruitment Operations Supervisor, you will be pivotal in ensuring a timely, compliant, and customer-centric recruitment process, particularly for medical roles.

You will serve as the primary contact for the organization's preferred applicant tracking system, participating in training and networking events, and disseminating best practices across the workforce.

Collaboration with hiring managers is essential to ensure that all recruitment documentation adheres to organizational standards prior to publication.

Regular meetings with hiring managers will be necessary to understand recruitment needs and challenges, actively proposing solutions to enhance the process.

Additionally, you will:

  • Develop and refine systems and procedures, creating process maps and standard operating procedures for team use.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and addressing concerns as needed.
  • Participate in interview panels, providing best practice advice to ensure professional and compliant interview processes.
  • Offer expert guidance on immigration and compliance matters, processing necessary documentation in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Conduct audits of recruitment activities to ensure adherence to employment standards and prepare reports as necessary.
  • Manage recruitment projects that align with the organization's overall strategy for recruitment and retention.
  • Support the delivery of training on recruitment and selection processes, ensuring content reflects current policies and best practices.
  • Act as a point of escalation for applicant inquiries related to the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Skills:

Essential:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and supporting managers in developing recruitment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of pre-employment checks and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR information systems.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a recruitment context.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with employment terms and conditions in the healthcare sector.
