Spirehouse Recruitment Limited is currently seeking a Lead Estate Supervisor to support a prestigious educational institution in the Warwickshire area.

The successful candidate will assist the Facilities Manager in maintaining the estate to ensure it is in optimal condition for all stakeholders, including students, faculty, and visitors.

This role is offered as an interim position, with the potential for permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the activities of ongoing maintenance contractors.
  • Engage external service providers as necessary, especially during emergencies.
  • Act as a deputy for the Facilities Manager, participating in site meetings as needed.
  • Conduct and supervise routine statutory inspections and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure the security of the premises, including managing access, operating fire and security alarms, and fulfilling key holder duties.
  • Manage and operate internal and external CCTV systems.
  • Perform security patrols of the buildings and grounds to foster a safe environment.
  • Assist with traffic management in the institution's parking areas and roadways.

These responsibilities may require flexibility in working hours, including days, evenings, and weekends, depending on operational needs.

Additional Information:

  • This is an ongoing contract with the option to transition to a permanent role.
  • Interviews will be conducted promptly, with immediate start dates available.
  • Compensation will be competitive and based on experience.
