Job Description:

Think Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to manage and deliver a variety of electrical works on our clients' social housing contracts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaise and organize electrical operatives daily.
  • Manage and control all aspects of material stock control and distribution.
  • Verify all paperwork, certificates, timecards, and invoices.
  • Schedule all works ready for invoicing (contract-specific).
  • Liaise with clients and attend all client meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
  • Carry out quality engineer checks.
  • Deliver customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in other roles and responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience in all aspects of the electrical trade, qualified to NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor Level.
  • Knowledge and experience of delivering domestic and commercial electrical work, including emergency lighting.
  • JIB Managers/Gold Card.
  • 18th Edition/City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical & 2391 Inspection and Testing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work as part of an established team.
  • Analytical and methodical approach to problems.
  • Motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to act quickly and decisively.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Full driving license essential.
