Key Responsibilities:

Specialized Employee Relations Expertise: You will serve as the primary resource for expert advice and guidance on all Employee Relations matters. Your role will encompass conflict resolution and management of disciplinary processes, executed with sensitivity and professionalism.

Championing Employee Engagement: Take the lead in our employee engagement strategies. You will be responsible for developing effective communication plans, conducting insightful surveys, and creating actionable plans to ensure every employee's voice is acknowledged and valued.

Driving Policy and Process Improvements: Utilize industry insights and organizational data to pinpoint areas for enhancement. Your analytical skills and strategic perspective will facilitate the implementation of policy and process modifications that yield positive results for our workforce.

End-to-End Recruitment Management: Oversee the complete recruitment process for direct hires and collaborate closely with our Recruitment Team to support indirect hires. You will provide essential assistance to hiring managers, offer interview guidance, and ensure the smooth issuance of contracts to top candidates.

Empowering Managers: Equip our management team with the necessary skills and confidence to address Employee Relations challenges effectively. Through customized training and mentorship, you will enable them to navigate complex situations with professionalism.

Harnessing Business Metrics for Growth: Utilize data-driven insights to proactively identify opportunities for excellence. Your ability to analyze business metrics will inform our strategic decisions and promote continuous improvement throughout the organization.
