As a leader in Home Healthcare, Air Liquide takes care of 1,300,000 patients at home in 35 countries whose treatment for chronic diseases requires the use of medical equipment for respiratory assistance, infusion therapy and nutritional assistance.
Its multi-disciplinary teams (pharmacists, nurses, nutritionists) aim to improve patient's autonomy, adherence to treatment, clinical outcomes and quality of life through cost-efficient offers combining added-value services and innovative technology.
**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**
Air Liquide Healthcare is currently searching for a strategic, people focused Head of HR to join the team and be responsible for driving the people agenda across the UK and Ireland.
You will be responsible for leading the local HR teams, and will partner with the senior management team during periods of transformation.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering the UK & Ireland people agenda
- Partnering with the UK senior management team to drive business performance
- Implementing HR strategies that align with the business goals
- Implementing effective change management strategies
- Ensuring legal compliance across all HR matters
- Managing and developing the HR team
- Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Leading the company's Leadership Development
- Overseeing all local HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee relations
- Motivating team performance and professional development. Developing skilled managers and mentors, and exercising sound judgment in hiring, promoting, transferring, and terminating staff.
- Partnering with Air Liquide central HR administration services and Centers of Excellence to ensure delivery of these services are in line with company agreed SLAs.
- Respond to and investigate employee grievances and conflicts, working closely with all parties involved.
This is a hybrid role, and the Air Liquide Healthcare head office is based in Droitwich.

- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
- Ability to manage and develop a team
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation
- Previous experience with TUPE transfer management
- Previous experience in HR Transformation and Change Management programmes
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- A degree in Human Resources, or related field (CIPD7)
