Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of innovative research projects within our experimental design department. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, from designing experiments to analyzing data and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with scientists and researchers to develop and implement experimental designs for various research projects.
  • Conduct literature reviews and stay abreast of the latest advancements in animal health research.
  • Execute experiments according to established protocols, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety guidelines.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data using statistical software and tools.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing experimental findings and contributing to scientific publications.
  • Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures and results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field, such as biology, animal science, or veterinary medicine.
  • Strong understanding of experimental design principles and statistical analysis methods.
  • Experience with laboratory techniques and equipment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
