Key Responsibilities
  • Meet individual performance metrics as established and agreed upon
  • Deliver administrative assistance throughout the organization
  • Support the achievement of collective team objectives
  • Ensure all tasks are completed professionally and promptly, adhering to company protocols; including postal and banking duties, scanning, data entry, and correspondence management
  • Maintain precise records
  • Provide professional support and exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with insurance providers and vendors
  • Assist colleagues across various departments as needed
