Position Overview:
This role is primarily focused on the North London & Midlands regions.
As part of our strategic growth initiative, we are enhancing our K Systems sales team.

In this position, you will collaborate with a vibrant and motivated sales team, taking charge of promoting a diverse array of External Wall Insulation (EWI) systems and specifications through effective management of customer relationships and sales territories.

Generate new business opportunities through outreach activities such as calls, site visits, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions, trade exhibitions, and external lead generation sources, targeting various sectors including both new construction and renovation projects.

  • Advocate for and communicate the advantages of our EWI systems and specifications to a variety of stakeholders, including clients, architects, local authority asset managers, main contractors, approved subcontractors, and housing associations.
  • Oversee and expand the sales pipeline within your territory, diligently tracking projects to enhance success rates and increase revenue.
  • Compile clear and precise commercial reports to provide insights into market trends, emerging opportunities, potential challenges, and accurate revenue projections.
  • Cultivate and expand our network of approved installers, assisting them with technical inquiries and commercial requirements while fostering a mutually beneficial lead-sharing relationship.
  • Exhibit a robust technical understanding of EWI systems and the capability to manage intricate projects.
  • Collaborate closely with representatives from other product lines to maximize our resources and seize all potential sales opportunities for each project.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in external wall insulation (EWI) or facade specification within the construction sector or related fields is required.

  • Proven experience in specification sales through engagement with architects, local authorities, main contractors, and specialist approved installers for new build initiatives.
