Senior EWIS Design Engineer Opportunity

Duration: 6 months (extendable)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior EWIS Design Engineer to join our team on a remote, outside IR35 contract basis. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for producing electrical schematics and harness routings for our innovative EV powered jets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. 2D EWIS Schematic Engineers: Utilize Capital Graphics to create electrical schematics and pin out details of all harnesses.
  2. 3D EWIS Routing Engineers: Use NX to design harness routings, including clipping, marking, segregation, and protection, as well as bend radii.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level with experience in the aerospace industry, specifically in EWIS/Avionics electrical integration.
  • Proficient in either electrical 3D NX or 2D Capital Graphics.
  • Familiarity with aerospace standards and specifications, such as AC43.13-1B, ATA chapter 20, ATA 100, S1000D, ARP4754A, and DO160.
