About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at Crux Careers. As a key member of our lettings team, you will be responsible for supporting the current lettings manager and running the department in their absence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Lettings Manager in the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in the training and development of the wider team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and vendors, providing exceptional client service and driving business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of consistent experience in Residential Lettings, with a proven track record of success.
  • IT proficiency, with expertise in MS Office packages and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Full UK Driving License is essential.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal integrity, hardworking, personable, and professional.
  • A strong desire and ability to lead and motivate an enthusiastic lettings team, ensuring individual and team performance is maintained to the required level.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
