Key responsibilities of the Senior Lettings Negotiator include:

  • Propelling the business forward through exceptional customer service
  • Managing all applicant inquiries via phone and online platforms
  • Conducting rental valuations
  • Coordinating and attending property viewings, negotiating agreements between landlords and tenants
  • Keeping landlords informed about property marketing and progress
  • Performing additional reasonable duties as assigned
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and Data Protection principles
  • Promoting new property listings
