We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lettings Administrator to join our team in Chelmsford. As a key member of our residential Lettings team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and book valuations for properties
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
- Progress lets through to exchange and completion
- Preferably an experienced sales person with a strong track record of generating new business in a target-driven environment
- Able to provide outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate with a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
