Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Team Assistant to join our dynamic HR department at TSR Legal Recruitment. As an integral part of our team, you will provide essential administrative support, assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, and maintain accurate employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and preparing offer letters.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, conducting pre-employment checks, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries, assist in the preparation of HR documents, and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, including intranet updates, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Data Management: Maintain and update the HR database and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Compliance: Help ensure HR policies and procedures are followed, supporting the team in meeting compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
