Key Responsibilities
  • Learning Needs Analysis and Performance Evaluation: Work with our L&D and HR partners to evaluate learning needs and recommend options.
  • Design and Conduct Skills Assessments: Design and conduct skills assessments for multiple functions.
  • Evaluate Learning Effectiveness: Evaluate learning effectiveness against desired learning and business outcomes.
  • Learning Design: Design and develop innovative and tailored learning solutions that integrate a range of instructional methods and technologies to support blended learning.
  • Training Delivery and Facilitation: Lead delivery and facilitation of engaging and impactful training sessions at all levels, both in-person and virtually, to enhance skill development and knowledge retention.
  • Programme Coordination and Delivery: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of professional learning programs and services, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Change Management: Support organisational change initiatives by advising on learning and development needs and designing and delivering learning interventions that help teams adapt to new processes, systems, and cultural shifts.
Requirements
  • Exceptional L&D Skills: Exceptional learning and development skills, including strong communication and presentation skills, with proven capability to design and deliver training to diverse audiences on a range of subjects.
  • Empathy and Emotional Intelligence: Empathy and emotional intelligence, understanding and addressing the diverse needs and perspectives of individuals and teams.
  • Cultural Awareness: Cultural awareness, sensitivity to cultural differences, and ability to adapt training and delivery methods to a global audience.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyse challenges, evaluate options, and make informed decisions to improve learning outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and partners to foster a cooperative and productive environment.
  • Project Management: Good project management skills with the ability to communicate needs, prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Good eye for detail to ensure accuracy in learning design, delivery, and evaluation.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Proven capability (min. 3-5 years) designing and delivering product/technical training and management development training.
  • Proficiency and demonstrable experience developing eLearning, preferably using Articulate 360. Good graphic design capability, e.g. Canva, and expertise in video design and editing would be advantageous.
  • Proven track record in delivering innovative learning solutions to meet varied business outcomes.
  • Experience of delivering coaching and facilitation desirable.
  • Relevant L&D qualifications/certifications are desirable, e.g. CIPD, TAP, APTD, CPTD, Coaching, Change Management.
