As a Lead Brand Strategist, your responsibilities encompass managing all facets of the brand portfolio, including financial performance, communications, and pricing strategies. We are in search of a well-rounded marketing leader with a clear vision, a dedication to team leadership, and the ambition to meet our objectives.

Working collaboratively with various internal and regional teams, you will execute a brand strategy that aligns with the overarching vision to drive sustainable growth. Your duties will include overseeing profit and loss management, shaping future business development initiatives, and identifying new product opportunities and platforms.

How You Will Make an Impact

In partnership with other internal stakeholders, you will refine the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to foster consumer-driven growth. Your responsibilities will involve crafting annual plans, setting objectives, and allocating resources effectively. Furthermore, you will provide insights for integrated commercial strategies, develop and implement marketing plans to achieve revenue and profit targets, and align on common goals. Utilizing your profound understanding of consumer behavior and brand positioning, you will design and execute comprehensive marketing communications and campaigns.

What You Bring to the Table

A strong desire to advance your career, along with the following experience and skills:

  • In-depth understanding of consumer behavior, ideally within the consumer goods sector in a matrix environment
  • Creating a cohesive consumer experience
  • Managing business objectives that extend beyond brand and financial metrics
  • Balancing analytical skills with creativity—a blend of business insight and strategic thinking
  • Effectively leading and influencing teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive presentation capabilities
  • Experience in markets with diverse economic conditions is a plus

We are currently looking to fill two Lead Brand Strategist roles to cover maternity leaves, offering fixed-term contracts within our UK Marketing team.

Our Marketing operations offer a flexible work arrangement, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work.
