Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Floor Manager to join our team at the May Fair Bar, a 5-Star hotel located in the heart of London. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar operation, including managing staff, achieving revenue and profit goals, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee all aspects of the bar operation, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all staff are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet the high standards of the May Fair Bar.
- Monitor and control costs, including inventory, labor, and other expenses.
- Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hospitality environment.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of hospitality operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
