We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our retirement community, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day activities of the lodge, including coordinating events, managing contractors, and ensuring the maintenance of the property.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including resident information, maintenance schedules, and financial data.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
