About the Role
Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Charrington Lodge, a stunning new development of 26 retirement apartments in Oxted, Surrey.
As a Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our Home Owners, managing the maintenance of the property, and co-ordinating activities and events.
You will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.
About You
We are looking for someone with a passion for excellent customer service, a friendly and outgoing personality, and experience in administration and customer service.
You will have the ability to work independently, use your own initiative, and have good judgement and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
