Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Charrington Lodge in Oxted, Surrey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, and ensuring the overall well-being of our community.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the lodge, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents
- Coordinate activities and events to promote a sense of community and social interaction among residents
- Provide administrative support to the Area Manager and other team members as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Monitor and report on resident satisfaction, making recommendations for improvement
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a residential or community setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures, with the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment
