About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our homeowners, managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, and ensuring the overall success of the development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance of the property and ensure that all necessary repairs and maintenance are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide a first-class service to homeowners, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organize and coordinate events and activities for homeowners, ensuring that they are enjoyable and engaging.
  • Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and within budget.
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks, ensuring that the lodge and its surroundings are safe and secure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the service provided.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a background in administration and customer service, with experience of working in a similar role. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
