Lodge Manager

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Charrington Lodge in Oxted, Surrey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, and ensuring the overall well-being of our community.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the lodge, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents
- Coordinate activities and events to promote a sense of community and social interaction among residents
- Provide administrative support to the Area Manager and other team members as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, contractors, and suppliers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage the lodge's budget and resources to ensure efficient use of funds
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
