Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Elizabeth Michael Associates. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and resolving of incoming calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls with a professional and personalized approach, managing and responding to calls from various clients.
  • Capture and log detailed caller information, including contact details and call purpose, for accurate follow-up.
  • Book and manage client appointments, ensuring availability and proper documentation.
  • Accurately input information from calls and appointments into relevant systems.
  • Perform tasks such as document management, filing, and record updates to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Engage with clients via live chat, providing prompt and clear responses, addressing queries, and escalating issues as needed.
Requirements:
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to deliver tasks to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to complete admin tasks accurately and follow instructions.
  • Confidence and ability to establish effective working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
  • Ability to work in a pressurised environment.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Salary: £11.44 per hour.

Location: S18, Sheffield.
