A Day in the Life
As a Strategic Accounts Manager, you'll develop and maintain Medtronic business strategic relationships at the Senior/C-Suite level with Enterprise accounts in Wales. You'll lead high-performance account teams, manage account-level operating mechanisms, and create plans for Enterprise accounts to deliver expected growth objectives and add value to customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Enterprise accounts in Wales
• Lead high-performance account teams and manage account-level operating mechanisms
• Create and execute plans for Enterprise accounts to deliver expected growth objectives
• Work in collaboration with local Operating Units, Integrated Health Solutions, and other Medtronic stakeholders to lead change and maximize opportunities in Enterprise accounts
• Manage pricing and tender agreements for targeted strategic accounts and customers
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience working in a regulated industry in Medical Device, Healthcare, or Pharma in a multinational environment with a significant matrix component
• Extensive customer and market knowledge, ability to anticipate changes, and help address unmet customer needs
• Proven ability to develop and establish long-term strategic relationships and alliances with key internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainable business growth
• High-level communication and presentation skills
