About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team in a retirement development. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to resident queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, working with contractors and suppliers to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a retirement living or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing demands.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
