Position Overview:

As a Senior Manager within the Global Logistics (GL) division, you will focus on B2C Export operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of packages to international customers.

The mission of the GL team is to transform the landscape of global product distribution while maintaining a customer-first approach. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize a portfolio of projects aimed at optimizing international package delivery and minimizing errors.
  • Establish clear objectives, monitor progress, and navigate challenges effectively.
  • Engage with stakeholders to advocate for your initiatives and secure their support.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to influence strategic decisions.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements while monitoring critical performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, or operational management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving expertise.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with SQL and experience in parcel logistics.
  • Background in fulfillment operations and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
