**Job Summary**

PM Group is seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to join their team at a biopharmaceutical site in the UK.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and deliver safety training programs to ensure employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs safely.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant EHS standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners, to promote a culture of safety and well-being.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a similar EHS role, with a strong understanding of health and safety protocols and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience working in the construction and pharmaceutical industries or similar sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety principles and practices.
  • Relevant EHS qualifications, such as NEBOSH or IOSH.

**Working Arrangements:**

  • Onsite work at a biopharmaceutical site in the UK.
  • Inside IR35 contract arrangement.
