Advocate/Social Work Professional

A reputable organisation is seeking a skilled Advocate/Social Work professional to cover their Northumberland region. The role will involve visiting clients in care homes to ensure they are satisfied with their surroundings, have a representative, and that care plans are in place.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting clients to understand their rights and needs
  • Working in line with legislation across mental health, care, and human rights acts
  • Ensuring care provided is in the client's best interests
  • Raising any safeguarding concerns
Requirements:
  • Ability to commute to care homes in the Northumberland region (mileage costs covered)
  • Social care background and understanding of legislation
  • Experience in advocacy is advantageous

A competitive salary up to £26,000 pro rata, plus travel costs, is offered for this role. If you have the necessary skills and experience, please apply.
