About the Role
We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live their lives to the fullest. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing support with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
- Support clients with medication management and daily living tasks
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
