Purchasing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a key member of our buying team, you will be responsible for managing master data, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date status of our product information.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the efficient running of the buying team by managing master data
- Liaise with company suppliers to ensure Master Data is accurate and up-to-date
- Input and amend product master data in our system
- Audit our website and system for master data anomalies and inconsistencies
- Setting up new products on the internal system
- Analysing gaps in master data with a view to filling them
- Completing new line forms
- Strong experience using Microsoft packages
- Ability to analyse data & input data
- FMCG / Wholesale experience and understanding
- E-commerce experience
- Experience using Microsoft Business Central
We offer a competitive salary of £25-£28K, eligible for company bonus on top of salary, and a range of benefits including 25 Days Paid Holiday + Bank Holidays, 1-day additional leave per 12 months of service up to 28 days, and Auto-enrolment Pension.
