We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Engagement Specialist to join our team at Hertfordshire Care Providers Association (HCPA). As an Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in engaging with Social Care Providers to promote the services offered by The Care Professional Academy.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with individual care providers to understand their needs and promote the benefits of using The Care Professional Academy's services.
- Maintain contact with providers in contract with Local Authorities and provide resources and information to support their sign-up process.
- Work closely with care providers to ensure they are maximizing their use of the Academy's services and identify any additional support needed.
- Ensure the Academy's CRM is up-to-date and communications are logged.
- Research options to obtain contact details for care providers.
- Lead on obtaining case studies and feedback from care providers and care professionals to inform marketing and improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with the customer support team to ensure a smooth sign-up process.
- Understand the Academy model fully to answer customer queries and provide support.
- Work in line with individual and team KPIs, maintain statistics, and analyze data to inform recommendations.
- Contribute to the growth of the Academy rewards offer by working closely with the Academy Manager and team.
- 12 months experience working in a proactive engagement role or Health/Social Care experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
- Self-motivated, with excellent ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and resourceful approach.
- Excellent customer care skills and ability to prioritize workload.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines and KPIs.
- Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality.
- Excellent standards of written documentation, with good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Own transport with insurance for business use is essential for this role, as travel around Hertfordshire may be required.
