About the Role

As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispensary. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the dispensary's daily activities, ensuring that medications are accurately dispensed and patients receive exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispensary Operations Coordination: Oversee the daily dispensary operations, ensuring efficient and accurate medication dispensing.
  • Accuracy Checking: Conduct thorough accuracy checks on prescriptions to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and support the dispensary team, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Hold a recognized Accuracy Checking Technician qualification and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Attitude and Skills: Demonstrate a positive and caring attitude towards patients, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a team.
