Pharmacy Operations Manager

As a Checking Technician at Lincolnshire Co-op, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective running of our pharmacies. You will work closely with our Pharmacists to lead the dispensing activities and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the safe and effective running of the dispensary and coordinate your team to dispense medication accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct the final accuracy check for prescriptions to regulatory and company standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing health advice and services to our patients through engaging conversations and clear communication.
- Coach and lead your dispensary team, supporting them with dispensary operations such as stock-control, ordering medicines, labelling, and dispensing.
We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for customer care and a talent for problem-solving. You will need to have:
- A GPhC recognized Accuracy Checking Technician qualification and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- An upbeat, caring, and confident manner when serving and advising patients.
- An enthusiasm and talent for problem-solving, eager to take on new challenges and experiences.
- Previous experience of being a dependable leader, able to organize and support your colleagues to ensure that the pharmacy runs smoothly.
- A methodical and accurate approach to practical tasks, using your initiative and teamwork skills to aid you.
