As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispensary. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the dispensary operations, ensuring accurate and efficient medication dispensing.
Key Responsibilities- Dispensary Operations Coordination: Oversee the daily operations of the dispensary, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Accuracy Checking: Conduct final accuracy checks for prescriptions to ensure that all medications are dispensed correctly.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and health advice to patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support the dispensary team with various tasks, including training and development.
- Qualifications: Hold a GPhC recognized Accuracy Checking Technician qualification and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Skills: Possess a positive and caring attitude towards patients, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a team.
