About the Role:

Our community pharmacies play a vital part in delivering exceptional healthcare to our customers. As a Pharmacy Services Assistant or Dispensing Technician, you'll be part of a dynamic team that makes a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

As a key member of our pharmacy team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dispensary, including ordering medicines, labelling, and dispensing. You'll also be involved in maintaining a fully stocked pharmacy, completing stock takes, and delivering excellent customer service.

About You:

We're looking for individuals with a genuine passion for customer service and a natural ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues. To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

  • A caring and confident manner
  • An enthusiasm for problem-solving and taking on new challenges
  • A methodical and accurate approach to practical tasks
  • Experience of working in a retail background and using a stock control system (desirable but not essential)
