About the Role:
As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispensary. Working closely with our pharmacists, you will be responsible for coordinating the dispensing of medication, conducting accuracy checks, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
About You:
We are looking for a reliable and dependable individual with a passion for customer care and a focus on attention to detail. You will need to have a GPhC recognized Accuracy Checking Technician qualification and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Previous experience as a leader, able to organize and support colleagues, is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the dispensing of medication and ensure the safe and effective running of the dispensary.
- Conduct accuracy checks for prescriptions to regulatory and company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, delivering health advice and services to patients through engaging conversations and clear communication.
- Coach and lead the dispensary team, supporting them with dispensary operations such as stock-control, ordering medicines, labeling, and dispensing.
