Job Title: Audi Workshop Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Audi Workshop Manager to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily management of our Audi workshop, ensuring that all aspects of workshop operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Workshop Management: You will be responsible for the overall management of the workshop, including the issuing of work to technicians, tooling and equipment, and Health & Safety.
  2. Process Management: You will ensure that workshop processes meet guidelines on both retail, internal and warranty procedures.
  3. Communication: You will provide general information on the progress of work through the workshop, highlighting any potential concerns as they arise and taking preventative measures to avoid any impact on customer satisfaction.

About You:

  1. Experience: You will have previous experience as a Master Technician, Workshop Controller or a Service Manager in a main dealership.
  2. Skills: You will be confident, with a strong understanding of workshop processes and how to get the best from a team.
  3. Qualifications: You will have a full driving licence.
