Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee all technical projects within the company. The successful candidate will play a critical part of project delivery, overseeing planning, execution, and successful delivery of technical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, scoping, planning, and workshops
- Lead project teams and resources, including 3rd party suppliers
- Act as the escalation point for any project issues, conflicts, and challenges
- Develop and implement risk management strategies
- Implement change management processes to drive improvement
- Deliver technical projects using PRINCE2, DSDM, AGILE, and other frameworks/methods
Requirements:
- Strong project management experience
- Technical knowledge of networking, infrastructures, security, applications, databases, and system interfaces
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to anticipate risks and identify exposure
- Understanding of change management and its application
