Role Overview: As the Assistant Manager of Nursing Services, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our care facility. Your leadership will help ensure that we consistently meet and exceed our care objectives while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home Manager in overseeing the care staff and operations.
  • Step into a leadership role in the absence of the Home Manager, ensuring continuity of care.

  • Assist with resident assessments and ensure that care plans are current and effectively communicated.
  • Engage with residents and their families to foster strong relationships and open communication.
