Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Sales and Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing bedroom, meetings, and events revenue opportunities through confirmed bookings and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively promote the hotel to potential clients and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales-related role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative ideas to maximize opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
